Terms & Conditions of Sale – Cinematic Tour Experiences

1. Purpose

These terms govern the purchase of cinematic tour experiences and services offered by Deep Movie, bookable online through the official website.

2. Type of Service

The service consists of the purchase of a curated, experiential cinematic tour, based on the availability of selected locations.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in euros and include VAT.

Payments are processed online via Stripe or PayPal. Any applicable banking or transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Final booking and payment must be completed no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled tour date. Once confirmed, the customer will receive a detailed itinerary via email.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• If you cancel your reservation 7 days or more before the scheduled tour date, you will receive a full refund.
• For cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour, 50% of the total amount will be refunded, with 50% retained for administrative and organizational costs.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the experience.
• It is possible to reschedule the experience once, subject to availability.

6. Changes by the Organizer

In the event of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen logistical issues, Deep Movie reserves the right to reschedule the experience or offer an alternative tour of equal value.

7. Liability

Deep Movie is not responsible for delays, disruptions, or cancellations due to force majeure, issues caused by third-party service providers, or delays caused by the customer.

8. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.
